The temple is located in front of the Jothi Ganesha Thirukkoil Temple on the Giriwala Path,Between the Niruti Lingam Temple next to the Durvasa Maharishi Temple , is the newly built temple.

Earlier, a small temple on the ground was demolished and a new temple was built.
